The clear favorite is No. 2 Central Catholic (MA), which took third as a team at last weekend’s Eastern States Classic in New York. No. 4 Shawsheen Tech (MA) has the firepower and depth to challenge them, while No. 7 Milford (MA) brings a lineup capable of scoring points at all fourteen weights.

Several outside teams could break into the top five. Mt. Hope (RI) has a quietly strong lineup, Danbury (CT) remains a perennial Connecticut power, and Saugus/Peabody has shown it can compete with top-tier programs. Noble (ME) could also shake up the standings if the Maine powerhouse brings its full squad.

The Weight That Can Swing The Event?

For the second time this season, Giusti, Morales, and Boccia all collide in the same bracket, putting three of the top five together along with outside challengers like Stanzione and Nice. This weight could be pivotal for Shawsheen Tech if Giusti can stay solid and avoid an upset. If Boccia were to win the bracket, it could significantly boost Milford’s team push and bring them right into the mix with Central Catholic.
