If The Schwartz Report Could Seed New Englands

With less than a week until the toughest tournament in the region, The Schwartz Report has decided it would be fun to UNOFFICIALLY seed the Big Dance.
Let me stress, these seeds are UNOFFICIAL, created by The Schwartz Report to see what would potentially be the best matchups in the tournament and also to take a look at what a seeding process would be like.
The method used is a similar one to the official process in that ALL state champions and runners up are automatically a top 12 seed. The rest of the wrestlers are seeded based on how I see fit. The most important rule? A wrestler must be seeded higher than those they outplaced at the state tournament.
