Wrestlers moving from out of this weight class distorted the rankings, allowing a few new faces to appear. No. 7 Ashmith Yeruva (Sharon, MA) and No. 12 Tommy Milligan (Newtown, CT) are in the lightest weight class as senior;, both made great runs in their state tournaments last season.
A couple of Rhode Island wrestlers are new to the list as well: No. 8 Robby Newton (Scituate, RI) was a New England qualifier last season, placing third at the RI state tournament and No. 9 Dylan Baglieri (Cumberland, RI) is also ready to make his mark this season.
